Hanson Studio
Hanson Studio was founded on the principle of “excellence.” People’s
lives are important. How people are remembered is important. And, how
our lives are recorded photographically, should reflect that importance.
Bruce J. Hanson, photographer, began his business in the 1980’s when local people saw his work as a freelance writer/photographer for various local, state, and national publications. They began asking him to photograph their weddings and families.
Since those days, he has photographed in the most hallowed cathedral sanctuaries and in downtown bars. He has photographed on the beaches of Hawaii and in the snow banks of Iowa’s winters. He has created images for law firms, brides, high school seniors, families, engagement couples, anniversary couples, ball teams, swim teams, proms, graduations, national go-kart and sailing events, and world-class industries and corporations and countless others.
It all comes down to the importance of individual people and his respect for them.
